"I don't think he will. Besides, you know how well I handle both disappointment and trouble at the same time," she said with a wry smile. If he did give her trouble, she'd leave him unconscious in the woods and storm back to this apartment. Then she'd kick Kaz out of his own bed and hide there with Inej until she knew what to do with herself.
But she didn't think it would come to that.
