Nina scowled at Frank and focused on his right calf; she made a tight fist and made the muscles there follow suit in a cramp. "That is strategic involvement," she hissed.
"No, I don't mind," she said to Guy, sounding downright light and airy. "The apartment's open enough and I won't hover over you and breathe. I'm just about done with other people telling me what's good and bad for the baby."
Nina did go to a window to open it just a crack, though, to satisfy Frank. It gave her an excuse to move. She was still worked up and trying to calm back down. Little outbursts of her power helped.
