I'm not just wiggling my fingers and saying a silent spell: I'm telling the capillaries in your body to open more, or I'm making muscles tighten, or I'm forcing blood to stop. I'm making your brain release chemicals that affect the rest of your body. I had to learn anatomy and study cadavers to do what I do."
